1. Introduction
BDM Films ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.
2. DMCA Notice (For International/US Compliance)
If you are a copyright owner (or an agent) and believe that any content on our website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Please provide the following information in writing:

3. Grievance Redressal Mechanism (For Indian Compliance)
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address concerns regarding content, copyright, or privacy violations.

4. Timelines for India
We are committed to the following timelines as mandated by Indian law:
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours.
- Resolution: We will dispose of/resolve the complaint within 15 days of its receipt.
- Takedown: If the content is found to be unlawful or infringing, we will remove it expeditiously (typically within 36 hours).
